UK DELIVERY
-All UK mainland orders will be dispatched the following working day.
- All UK mainland orders will usually be received within 3-5 working days.
- All UK mainland orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
- No orders will be dispatched over the weekend or bank holidays.
- UK islands (Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man) and Northern Ireland may incur additional costs if we are unable to deliver your order via Royal Mail/ Parcelforce. A courier service may therefore be required.We will always contact you with regards to discussing further options available.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- European orders will usually arrive within 4-7 working days.
- Rest of the world orders will usually arrive within 5-12 working days.
- All delivery costs are calculated using both weight and size of the item.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER
- Items are usually received between 3-12 working days after purchase, and depending on your location. We therefore ask customers to wait up to 15 working days before contacting us, whereby we will re-send the item.
DAMAGED GOODS
- If you have any issues with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt. If you fail to contact us, we shall deem you to have accepted the item(s).
- If your item(s) are damaged or defective upon arrival, we shall cover the cost of the return and you will be offered the choice between a full refund or replacement.
RETURNS INFORMATION
- If for any reason you decide to return your item(s), please email us first.
- Please return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt.
- Please return your item(s) within their original packaging.
- Please obtain proof of postage from the post office, in case the item(s) gets lost.
- We will refund you upon receipt of your returned item(s).
- Buyers responsible for returns if item(s) not faulty.
